Apartamentos San Pedro
Ctra. de la Sierra s/n
23476 La Iruela (Jaén)
The apartments are part of a group of small buildings in La Iruela, beside the road leading to Cazorla (2kms away) and the Natural Park. The reception is a few metres from the apartments in the Spa Hotel Sierra de Cazorla.
The nearest principal axis is the Madrid-Cadiz (N-IV) motorway from which the N-322 links the area with the rest of Andalucia and the remaining autonomous regions. Bearing in mind the large size of the Natural Park we have outlined the main access routes:
The hotel’s position makes it accessible from many points. Entering Andalucia from the North of Spain, pass through the Despeñaperros Natural Park, continuing on to Bailén take the N-322 in the direction of Linares and Úbeda as far as Torreperogil. From here take the A-315, on the right, towards Peal de Becerro and from there the A-319 to Cazorla-La Iruela.
Entering the region by the N-322 from Albacete, turn off at Torreperogil as previously indicated or before, at Villacarrillo, direction Mogón, to Santo Tomé. From here follow the JV-7101 to Cazorla or turn off onto the JV-7102 to Chilluévar. Access for visitors travelling from South East Andalucia, Murcia and Alicante is via the A-92 dual carriageway, joining the A-315 Pozo Alcón, Quesada and Peal de Becerro road near Baza. Visitors coming from Almeria and Granada have an other option. Taking the A-320 via Iznalloz and Guadahortuna to Jódar and on to Peal de Becerro (C-328) to take the A-319 to Cazorla–La Iruela.
Those visitors travelling from the North of Granada province can also do so via the C-321 which from La Puebla de Don Fadrique goes to Santiago de la Espada. This last option is used alot by visitors coming from Murcia. Travelling from the Valencia region the quickest and easiest route is via the N-430 to Albacete, joining the N-322 in the direction of Génave, Villacarrillo, Mogón, Santo Tomé and Cazorla-La Iruela.
